1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these rules:

• Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Must include all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

• Email our support team at info@disc-fit.com with your order number.

• Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  
  

4. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the courier fee.

  
  

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, and you will be refunded.

In South Africa: All physical products are shipped via The Courier Guy at a flat rate of R100 per order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your delivery details and tracking information where applicable.

International orders are a flat rate of R300 per order.
